Q: What is the difference between a “sell by” and a “use by” date?
A: The “sell by” date indicates the last day a product can be sold and still provide the buyer with a reasonable period of consumption. A “use by” date indicates how long a product will retain optimum quality.
Q: Do you carry lactose free products?
A: Unfortunately, we do not.
Q: Do you carry flavored milk?
A: Unforunately, we do not at this time. We will soon carry chocolate milk.
Q: How should I store my cheese?
A: When you are storing cheese it is important to maintain the cheese’s moisture while also allowing it to breath. Storing your cheese in wax paper in a consistent temperature will provide you with the best results.
